Every booking means a lot to us, so please read our terms and conditions before booking.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
RESERVATION & PAYMENT
A reservation is confirmed only after reception of the deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable.
The full balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the retreat.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICYThe initial deposit is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If you decide to withdraw more than six weeks before the start date, the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) will be returned to you.
For any cancellation within the six weeks preceding the retreat, the total amount paid will be retained, and no reimbursement can be issued.
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizers, all payments will be refunded in full, including the deposit.
The retreat will only take place if a minimum number of participants is reached. If this condition is not met, the retreat will be canceled and all participants will receive a complete refund.

TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE
Each participant is required to have valid travel and medical insurance for the duration of the retreat.
Common Table is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings, missed flights, or travel delays.

Any conduct that disrupts the experience or compromises the well-being of others may lead to being asked to leave the retreat, without eligibility for a refund.
Guests are also encouraged to be mindful of local traditions, the rhythm of the farm, and the people working on-site.

HEALTH & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please let us know in advance about any dietary constraints, allergies, or medical considerations that could influence your participation.
We do our best to adapt menus and cooking sessions when possible, yet it is important to note that we work in a shared kitchen environment where the absence of all allergens cannot be fully guaranteed.

Common Table reserves the right to adjust the schedule (due to weather, availability of partners, or unforeseen circumstances) while ensuring the quality and coherence of the retreat experience.
7. LIABILITY
Participation in all activities (yoga, excursions, cooking, etc.) is voluntary.
By signing, participants accept full responsibility for their physical condition and personal safety.
Participants agree to behave respectfully toward the group, the hosts and the property.
